Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of lincorelink, the AI API gateway operated by LINCORELINK AI PTE. LTD., a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us", "our", the "Company"). Please read them carefully. They include important limits on our liability and on the warranties we give, and they describe how payments, refunds, and cross-border data processing work.
1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", the "customer") and the Company. By creating an account, generating an API key, calling the API, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" includes that organisation. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
Because payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record (see Section 6), your purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded; where these Terms conflict with such laws, those laws prevail.
2. The service — an independent relay
lincorelink is an AI API gateway that is compatible with the OpenAI and Anthropic API formats. It relays your API requests to third-party large-language-model providers — currently DeepSeek V4 (the Flash and Pro models) — and returns the provider's response to you.
We are an independent relay and reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DeepSeek or any other model provider, and we claim no rights in their trademarks. Provider names are used solely to identify the upstream models we relay to.
Model availability, behaviour, and outputs are controlled by the provider, not by us. Models, features, and underlying providers may change, and identical prompts may produce different outputs over time. We do not guarantee that any particular model will remain available.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for users who can form a legally binding contract. It is not directed to children: you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use it.
To use the service you must register an account with accurate information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must promptly notify us at support@lincorelink.ai of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. We may require email verification and may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our reasonable discretion, including where required for security, legal, or anti-abuse reasons.
4. API keys and your security responsibility
Your API key authenticates requests and bills usage to your account. We store API keys only as SHA-256 hashes and display each key in full once, at creation; we cannot recover a key after that, so you must store it securely.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and, to the extent permitted by law, for all usage and charges incurred under your keys until you notify us and we disable the affected key. Treat keys as you would a password: do not embed them in client-side code, public repositories, or shared environments.
We apply reasonable safeguards — passwords are hashed (PBKDF2), data is encrypted in transit (TLS), and bot checks (Cloudflare Turnstile) protect sign-up and sensitive actions. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone using your account to:
- use the service for any illegal activity or to facilitate it;
- infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- generate, transmit, or store prohibited or abusive content, or content that violates applicable law;
- violate the usage policies of the upstream providers, including DeepSeek's policies, which apply to your requests;
- resell or sublicense the API, or provide access to third parties, without our prior written agreement;
- attempt to probe, scan, overload, circumvent rate limits or security controls, reverse-engineer (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law), or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure; or
- submit data that you are not permitted to transfer internationally (see Section 10).
Outputs are generated by probabilistic models. You must review and verify outputs before relying on them for any consequential decision and must use outputs responsibly and lawfully. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this Section (see Section 12).
6. Prepaid balance, plans, and billing — Paddle is Merchant of Record
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acting as our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. This means Paddle, not us, is the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle is responsible for billing and for charging and remitting applicable taxes, and Paddle is the controller of your payment-card data. We do not store full card numbers. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Prepaid model
The service is prepaid. There are two ways to fund your account:
- Pay-as-you-go wallet credit: top-ups add prepaid credit that is consumed by per-token API usage. Unused and unreserved wallet credit is refundable within 14 days of purchase; credit already spent on API calls, or reserved for in-flight requests, is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
- Monthly plans (subscriptions): Pro is USD 9/month and Max is USD 49/month. The monthly fee is credited to your account's usage balance and unlocks higher per-request limits and additional models. Plan benefits apply to the billing period only, do not roll over, and are non-refundable once the period begins, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current period. Any unspent portion of a converted monthly fee follows the same 14-day unused-credit rule as wallet credit.
How refunds work
There is no online or self-service refund button or portal. To request a refund of eligible wallet credit, email [support@lincorelink.ai](mailto:support@lincorelink.ai); you may also use Paddle's buyer support. Anti-abuse checks may apply (for example, a short cooling-off period on a first top-up) before approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle; the time to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Fees, taxes, and price changes
Prices and token rates are shown on our pricing page. Billing is based on the usage we meter, including cached versus non-cached input tokens as reported by the provider. You are responsible for charges arising from all use of your account and keys, to the extent permitted by law.
Our prices are exclusive of taxes. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for determining, charging, and remitting any VAT, GST, or sales tax that applies to your purchase; the tax shown at checkout is handled by Paddle. Business buyers registered for the relevant tax may seek to reclaim it from Paddle in accordance with Paddle's process and applicable law.
We may change prices, token rates, plan fees, and rate tiers with reasonable advance notice, for example by updating the pricing page. Changes do not affect credit already purchased, but apply to usage and renewals after the change takes effect. If you do not accept a price change, you may stop using the service and cancel future renewals before the change takes effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance of the new prices.
8. Fair use, rate limits, and service stability
Each tier carries context, output, concurrency, and daily limits, which are reflected in the limits available to your plan. We may rate-limit (for example, respond with HTTP 429), queue, throttle, or reject requests that exceed your tier or that we reasonably believe threaten the stability, security, or integrity of the service.
The service depends on third-party providers and infrastructure we do not control. We do not commit to any specific uptime, latency, or throughput, and provider outages or changes are not within our control. We may perform maintenance, impose temporary limits, or modify the service to protect its stability.
9. Fraud, chargebacks, and risk controls
To prevent abuse and fraud, we may apply risk controls including first-top-up limits, cooling-off periods, and manual review, and we may decline, delay, or reverse transactions we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
A chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of your account and clawback of the corresponding balance. If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at support@lincorelink.ai first so we can resolve it, rather than initiating a chargeback. This does not affect your right to dispute a charge through your card issuer or under applicable law.
10. Third-party providers and cross-border processing (DeepSeek / China)
When you call the API, your request content (your prompts and related data) is forwarded to the upstream provider to generate a response. This includes DeepSeek, whose infrastructure is located in the People's Republic of China; for DeepSeek models, your data is transferred to and processed in China subject to DeepSeek's own policies, which may afford a standard of data protection different from that in Singapore.
This is an overseas transfer under the Transfer Limitation Obligation of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the "PDPA"). By using the service you consent to this overseas transfer and to processing by our sub-processors. Do not submit personal data or other data you are not permitted to transfer internationally. Provider availability, outputs, and policies are outside our control.
Requests are proxied through Cloudflare (including Cloudflare AI Gateway), and our sub-processors include Cloudflare, Inc. (edge hosting, AI Gateway, and Turnstile bot protection), Paddle (payments), Resend (transactional and verification emails), and DeepSeek (upstream model provider, China). Request and response payloads and metadata may be logged for debugging, billing, and abuse prevention and are retained for up to 30 days before deletion, unless a longer period is required to comply with law or resolve disputes. Full details, including how we handle your data under the PDPA and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA, are in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
You keep all rights you have in the inputs you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, transmit, and store your inputs solely to operate, meter, bill, secure, and support the service, including forwarding them to the relevant upstream provider as described in Section 10.
Outputs are subject to the terms of the provider that generated them. As between you and us, we claim no ownership of outputs you receive; however, we make no warranty that outputs are original, unique across users, or free of third-party rights, and the provider may grant fewer rights than you expect. You are responsible for your use of outputs and for ensuring that use is lawful.
"lincorelink", our logos, and the software, documentation, and design of the service are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no licence to our intellectual property is granted. We claim no rights in any third-party provider's trademarks, which belong to their respective owners.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, for breach of these Terms (including the Acceptable Use Section), breach of an upstream provider's policies, anti-abuse triggers, or a chargeback or payment dispute.
We will generally give notice before suspending or terminating, but may act immediately where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or abuse reasons. On suspension or termination: API keys may be disabled; spent or reserved credit is non-refundable; and eligible unused, unreserved wallet credit is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
13. Disclaimers — no warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement. Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any warranty or condition that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 of Singapore where it applies to you.
Outputs are generated by probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or may appear authoritative while being wrong. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You must review and verify outputs before relying on them, and you are solely responsible for your use of them.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any model will remain available, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, changes, or policies of upstream providers and other third parties.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above, to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, however arising, including any loss arising from model outputs or from your reliance on them.
Subject to the first paragraph of this Section, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. For the avoidance of doubt, amounts paid to Paddle as Merchant of Record that are remitted to us count towards this figure.
These limits reflect a reasonable allocation of risk: the service is prepaid, low-cost, metered, and provided "as is"; upstream outputs and provider behaviour are outside our control; you can review and verify outputs and obtain insurance or other protection against your own losses; and the price reflects this allocation of risk. You agree these limits are fair and reasonable in the circumstances, and they are intended to satisfy the reasonableness requirement of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 of Singapore where it applies.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the service or outputs; the inputs you submit, including any transfer of data you were not permitted to transfer internationally; your breach of these Terms or of an upstream provider's policies; or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach of these Terms, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you in advance. If you continue to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account before the changes take effect.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of, or affects any rights you may have under, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
