1. Service

lincorelink ("we", "us") provides an OpenAI-compatible API that relays your requests to third-party large language model providers, starting with DeepSeek. By creating an account or using the API you agree to these Terms.

2. Independent relay — no affiliation

lincorelink is an independent API relay and reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DeepSeekor any other model provider, and we do not claim any rights in their trademarks. "DeepSeek" and other provider names are used only to identify the upstream models we relay to. Model capabilities, availability, and outputs are controlled by the provider, not by us.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to export the data you submit (see Section 8 and our Privacy Policy).

4. Prepaid balance and monthly plans

The service is prepaid. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.

• Wallet balance (pay-as-you-go): credits you top up are consumed by token usage. Your unused, unreserved wallet credit can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; credit already spent on API calls (or reserved for in-flight requests) is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
• Monthly plans (subscriptions): plan allowances are valid for the billing period only. They do not roll over and are non-refundable once the period begins. You may cancel future renewals at any time.

Prices, rate tiers, and token rates are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Billing is based on the usage we meter (including cached vs. non-cached input tokens reported by the provider).

5. Fair use and limits

Each tier has context, output, concurrency, and daily limits. We may rate-limit (HTTP 429), queue, or reject requests that exceed your tier or threaten service stability. Reselling or sublicensing the API to third parties is not permitted without our written agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal activity, to infringe others' rights, to generate prohibited content, or in violation of the upstream providers' policies (including DeepSeek's usage policies). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Fraud, chargebacks, and risk controls

To prevent abuse we may apply first-top-up limits, cooling-off periods, and manual review. A chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension and clawback of the corresponding balance. We may decline or reverse transactions we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

8. Third-party providers and cross-border processing

Your request content is forwarded to and processed by third-party model providers, including DeepSeek, whose infrastructure is located in the People's Republic of China. By using the service you acknowledge this cross-border transfer. Do not submit data you are not permitted to transfer internationally. Provider availability, outputs, and policies are outside our control. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from model outputs.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
