Pay-as-you-go wallet credit

Topping up adds prepaid credit to your wallet. Your unused, unreserved wallet credit can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credit that has already been spent on API calls — or is reserved for in-flight requests at the time of the request — is non-refundable. Refunds return the remaining refundable balance, not amounts already consumed.

Monthly plans (subscriptions)

Subscription fees pay for an allowance valid during the billing period only. Plan allowances do not roll over and are non-refundable once the period begins. You can cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current period.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). To request a refund of eligible wallet credit, contact us at support@lincorelink.ai or use Paddle's buyer support. We may apply anti-abuse checks (e.g. a short cooling-off period on a first top-up) before approving.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.
